All our homes are fitted with Solar Panels to help reduce reliance on energy coming from the grid and reduce costs. We also provide general electricity and natural gas to ensure energy is powered and maintained by your local energy retailer and provider all year round.

Elementa Homes use energy saving principles to help reduce reliance on generating excessive energy and to reduce costs.

Some of these include Passive House principles: enhance natural and purified air flow, keeping heat in or cooling by closing or opening certain windows/doors in order to moderate the indoor temperature control, naturally.

Our homes are built this way to optimise energy use.

Some of the elements used in this process are:

• Considering the orientation of your home.
• Creating an optimal floor plan layout.
• Using window design with double glazed systems for ventilation, reduced or minimal condensation and airtight construction.
• Using non-toxic and clean insulation systems for more efficient heating and cooling.

You will always have the option to turn on your HEPA approved ducted Air Conditioning system, however, we are certain you’ll only need to do so very rarely.
