Michael Malak
Co-Founder and Development Director
With over 30 years of experience building and project managing large scale award-winning developments, Michael is the driving force behind Elementa Homes. He has delivered some of Sydney’s largest and intricate building designs on time and to the highest quality. Some of these include The Residence at Melrose Park, The Urban Redevelopment at Washington Park and Hart’s Landing in Penrith.
With his extensive building experience and in-depth knowledge of sustainability, he brings fresh innovation to the industry. He has a true commitment to create a legacy of ‘healthy homes’ that nurture the dweller and stand the test of time.
Michael is a registered building practitioner, licensed builder and is currently completing his certification in Building Biology.
He is passionate and is the epitome of living a sustainable and low toxic lifestyle. He is a family man, and his three children Matthew, Nathan and Nicola have important positions with the Elementa Homes and JAPM businesses.
Leor Shavel
With over 20 years’ experience as a marketing, sales, and communications specialist, Leor has worked with over 40 of Australia’s top developers on sales, settlements, and other purchaser communication strategies.
Leor has an unwavering pursuit to deliver the highest quality homes. His ability to manage projects and deliver on timelines ensures that the Elementa homes are delivered to delighted owners.
Along with Michael, he has crafted the vision and scope for Elementa Homes.
Having a young family of his own, Leor wants to create a future of homes for generations to come that are sustainable, healthy and have longevity at their core.
Nathan Malak
Nathan has been in the property and construction industry for 7 years. He provides a very detailed approach to the project management with a focus on working with the Directors to achieve ongoing quality assurance measures. He ensures that mitigates any risks and is carefully thought through.
Nathan is hands-on and meticulous with financial reconciliations, payments, cost reporting, scheduling & project programming.
He has successfully been involved in the completion of over 1500 dwellings, a new regional rehabilitation centre, a local council library and a community centre since his commencement in the industry.

Michael has a QUALIFICATIONS and is currently completing his certification in Building Biology.
